Stud dog services

The Stud Dogs we use are tested for soundness and have produced at least one successful litter for us before they are offered to outside bitches. This is to ensure that they are proven quality producers. Visiting bitches must hold full registration with Dogs NZ in order to register the resulting litter. We reserve the right to refuse any bitch on the grounds of poor conformation, incompatible bloodlines or bad temperament. Bitches need to be boarding at my kennel to give stud the best option. We cannot guarantee a tie.

If you live local to Temuka and have done blood progesterone testings to predict day of mating, we are happy for the bitch to come to me on a walk on, walk off basis for a natural tie.

Stud fee for our boys is currently $3000 and is applied to a litter of 3 or more puppies. If only 2 or less puppies, a stud fee of $2000 applied.

Stud fee is payable within 48 hrs of whelping.

Frozen semen is $3000 per breeding. Bitch owner carries all cost to transfer semen. No refunds on Frozen Semen.
